Transfer Applicants
We are happy you have chosen to apply to Saint John Paul the Great as a transfer student, and we look forward to reviewing your application! We can consider transfers for 10th and 11th-grade students.

Once your application form is submitted your application checklist will be available up to one business day later for your review. You will find help text that assists your preparation of each checklist item, but please know that if you have any questions you are always welcome to contact the Office of Admissions at [email protected] or (703) 445-0246.
For an application to be considered complete and ready to review, the following items must be received by the Admissions office:
- Application form
- Academic Records, to include 7th grade, and first semester of 8th grade
- Principal recommendation form, or another school administrator (available through our application portal)
- Current classroom teacher recommendation form (available through our application portal)
- If taken, HSPT and/or any other standardized testing from 8th grade or high school
- If applicable, all documentation related to SAP, IEP, 504, or other similar documentation
- If applicable, complete documentation of any disciplinary issues from the past two years
