9th Grade Applicants

We are happy you have chosen to apply to Saint John Paul the Great, and we look forward to reviewing your application!

Our online application system guides you step-by-step through the application process.

Once your application form is submitted your application checklist will be available up to one business day later for your review. You will find help text that assists your preparation of each checklist item, but please know that if you have any questions you are always welcome to contact the Office of Admissions at [email protected] or (703) 445-0246.

For an application to be considered complete and ready to review, the following items must be received by the Admissions office:

  • Application form
  • Academic Records, to include 7th grade, and first semester of 8th grade
  • Principal recommendation form, or another school administrator (available through our application portal)
  • Current classroom teacher recommendation form (available through our application portal)
  • High School Placement Test (HSPT)
  • If applicable, all documentation related to SAP, IEP, 504, or other similar documentation
  • If applicable, complete documentation of any disciplinary issues from the past two years
