Summer Information

At JP, we work to provide you with information in a sensible, chronological manner to make your transition into the WolfPack as smooth as possible. Please read the general timeline below for the basics of ‘what to expect’ after the enrollment deadline and before the first day of school!

June: JP hosts the New Family Evening with Jesus and new parent orientation for newly enrolled students and their families. Our Registrar’s Office receives all final transcripts and our Counseling Department begins to review new student files to build schedules. Summer reading information is communicated. Families interested in carpools are emailed a survey to record their details (results distributed in July).

July: The summer website is emailed to all new families with great information on orientation dates and expectations, uniform and book purchasing, how to prepare for high school athletics, tryout schedules, etc. Course Listings are communicated to families on the Enrollment Portal. The Used Uniform & Book Sale is held at JP.

August: Account access to Google and Powerschool is provided, tryouts begin, and orientations take place. JP completes preparations to welcome your students to a new year of school!
