In her own words: "The human being is single, unique, and unrepeatable, someone thought of and chosen from eternity, someone called and identified by name." This quote from St. JP II perfectly describes how each student, at St. John Paul the Great High School school is treated from the moment they walk through the doors. One of my favorite things about working at John Paul is how every teacher is striving to promote the development of the whole person in their unique way. It is a joy to teach in an environment that is striving for not only academic excellence but also pushing its students to be saints! As a history teacher, I am able to educate based on the truths of our world and explain the importance of understanding not only our history but salvation history as a whole.
