P/T Concessions Manager

The Part-Time Concessions Manager would oversee concessions daily after school as well as during athletic and school events. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, coordinate student and parent volunteers, and ensure concessions are consistently open and ready to serve our students and families. This role involves signficant physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move equipment as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and being an active part of our vibrant school community.

The starting salary if $15 per hour and the role includes up to a 25% tuition discount. Responsibilities include opening and closing the concession stand daily, handling cash reconciliations, and ensuring all food saftey requirements are met. Applicants should have strong communication skills and a flexible schedule to accomodate afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend games.

Faculty Positions for 2026/27

  • Math: Masters degree and experience in Statistics is preferred but not required 
  • Chorus: Experience in sacred music required
  • Band/Orchestra: This position includes teaching Wind Ensemble, Beginning Band/Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, and Guitar, as well as directing the John Paul Marching Band and supporting the spring musical.
  • Special Education Teacher: The Options Program serves students with intellectual disabilities, including Down Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Job responsibilities include teaching small group classes, collaborating with general education teachers to support students and modify curriculum, and supporting and training peer mentors. Preferred applicant will have a degree or certification in Special Education.
