Events
Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School is a place of higher learning, but it is also a place to build lasting friendships through social activities, faith experiences, organized clubs, sporting events, and service projects.
Events include:
- Club Fair: Club displays and invitations to get involved
- Coffee House: Student musical acts perform in a casual coffee house setting
- Pep Rallies
- March for Life: Annual trip to Washington, DC in January
- Spirit Week: Dress up themes and activities celebrating school spirit, class pride, and being a teen
- Homecoming and presentation of Homecoming Court
- Homecoming Dance
- Saint John Paul the Great Day: A day dedicated to honoring and celebrating the life of our patron
- Winter Dance: Semi-formal event for all students
- Junior Class Mass and Reception: Class rings are blessed and presented, followed by a reception for family members
- Junior Formal: Juniors celebrate their “almost senior” status at a formal dance
- Senior Prom
- Mother/Son and Father/Daughter Dance: for all students and parent
- Talent Show
- Service projects organized by individual Houses
