Welcome! I am so happy you are interested in Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School. The Office of Admissions is here to accompany you as you evaluate whether John Paul is a good fit for your child and family. Our current and alumni families are happy to call John Paul the Great home for many reasons, but chief among them is our school's unique mission and joyful community. Central to the mission and community is our Catholic Faith, which permeates everything we do at JP. Under the patronage of Saint John Paul II, the leadership of the Dominican Sisters of Saint Cecilia, and our Diocese of Arlington chaplain's service, the faith is exciting and alive at JP.

In addition to browsing our website for the information you are most interested in, I encourage you to check out some of our most unique programs: our Bioethics Curriculum, our House System, and our Freshman Seminar Program.

What might be harder to portray through a visit to our website is the feeling both community members and visitors experience when stepping into our school. There is a real sense of joy at John Paul - and it's tangible. You can see it when you watch our students in the hallways and classrooms, feel it when you enter the Chapel, and understand it when you see the relationships built through shared JP experiences. While I hope you find all the information you are looking for online, I hope you also come to visit in person! Our staff would love to meet you, answer any questions you have, and show you around the school.
